		<description>My favorite breakfast is very simple, and so delicious!
1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup 1% milk: mix them all together and microwave for 1 min, stir, then 30 more seconds
Then mash 1/2 banana (or a whole banana) and add that and a handful of walnuts to the oatmeal.  
Finally, I sprinkle cinnamon on top!  And that&#039;s it! </description>
